If for some reason you haven’t received an invoice, or if you need us to resend it to you, just follow these steps:

Go to your “Profile” on the app
Open “Contact Support”
Select the “Earnings” option and then “Resend document”

A text box will open where you can specify which invoice you want us to resend. Please try to be as specific as possible with the details so we can get back to you with accurate information. After the message is sent, you should receive the document in a short period of time (up to 24h).

Please make sure to select the correct reason, as choosing the wrong one might delay the process and it will take longer for you to receive the information.
