Guaranteed rate

We would like to kindly remind you that the guaranteed rate is only applicable if the following criteria are met:
  • Auto-Acceptance is turned for the entire duration of the hour
  • You are inside the zone at the time of your booked slot for the entire duration of the hour
  • You are checked in prior to the start of your slot
  • Your battery life remains above 20% for the entire duration of the hour
  • You have full, uninterrupted internet access
  • You were not manually deactivated by the support center (kick-outs)
Below, you will find some instances in which the support center may manually deactivate you from the booked slot:
  • No timely reaction to an order
  • Not answering correspondence from the support center
  • No movement once having an order
  • Moving in the wrong direction for an unjustified reason
  • Technical issues with your device
