The bag can be opened from the top and the front.
You can carry it on your back while it’s shrink or expand it and attach it to your motorbike.
The flooding panels allow you to keep separated the hot from the cold and also to maintain drinks in a vertical position.
The lateral straps allow to attach it to a motorbike without the need of an extra element which can damage it and make it troublesome to use.
If you deliver the order in a good shape and time, the client will rank you better. Here you have some tips that we advise you to follow in order to achieve this:
Use the internal panels for:
- Keep separated the hot from the cold.
- Keep separated the food from the drink.
- Keep drinks in a vertical position.
While transporting food everyday, your bag may get damaged. In order to avoid that, you should clean it with a damp cloth at the end of the day.
You will recognise the pick-up point as a yellow bubble on the screen.
When driving to the pick-up point, you will see a simplified version:
- Name of the partner
- Address
- Number of orders
This gives you all the relevant information at your fingertips without having to search for it.
Did you know that clicking on the address or the vertical dots will take you to the map and navigate you?
When you arrive at the partner’s place, you’ll find everything you need to know when you pick up the order.
- You can see:
- The payment method: no payment, cash or cart payment at pick-up and delivery
- Contents of the order: List of items
Mark ‘Confirm Pickup’ as soon as you collect the order to continue delivering. Once outside the area, you won’t be able to confirm it!
After successfully delivering the order, ensure to mark ‘Confirm Dropoff’ to finalize and complete the process.
